Materials that must be prepared are as follows:

  1. 1 slice of beef as much as 420 gr
  2. 1/2 grated pineapple
  3. 1 tablespoon margarine
  4. The materials used for soaking are:
  5. 1 garlic puree
  6. 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

The ingredients for the black pepper sauce are:

  1. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  2. 2 chopped garlic
  3. 1 tablespoon wa oyster sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  6. 1/2 spoon of broth powder
  7. 1 teaspoon sugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 220 ml of water
  10. 2 tablespoons melted cornstarch
  11. 1 tablespoon of water
  12. 1 tablespoon margarine
  13. 2 tablespoons of remaining marinade
  14. Then the materials used as a complement:
  15. 1 tablespoon for sauteing
  16. The remaining 2 tablespoons of marinade

The next step is to cook the steak:

  1. The meat is cut into 2 pieces, about 2 cm thick, and weighing about 210 grams.
  2. Then you prepare a transparent plastic, put the meat with grated pineapple into it. conclude the end of the plastic and shake it until all parts of the meat are covered with pineapple. Close the plastic tightly then store in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. After that, remove the meat from the plastic, then wash it thoroughly using running water until there are no traces of pineapple. And set aside.
  4. In one place, mix all the marinades and stir evenly.
  5. Add the meat and coat all parts of the meat using the marinade.
  6. Use a fork to poke the surface of the meat so that the marinade can sink in.
  7. Close tightly using a container then put it in the refrigerator (in the chiller) for at least 4 hours.
  8. After that, remove the meat and drain from the soaking seasonings. Set aside the marinade that will be used to make the sauce.
  9. If it is a skillet, heat it on the stove until it is really hot. Add margarine.
  10. Place the pieces of meat then cook over low heat until one side is grilled and then the color turns brown. After that, turn the meat over then cook the other side until cooked. Remove then drain.

Then the steps to make the sauce:

  1. The skillet is heated and added with margarine.
  2. Saute the onions until wilted then add the garlic then saute again until fragrant.
  3. Add the oyster sauce as well as the sweet soy sauce, stir evenly then cook until the fragrance smells and the sauce is cooked.
  4. Add water, powder broth, sugar and black pepper. Stir well then cook until the sauce is bubbling.
  5. Then add the remaining seasoning of the meat marinade plus the cornstarch solution. Cook until the sauce is bubbled and then thick. taste correction.
  6. Then if the taste is okay remove it and ready to be served.

To prepare the serving:

  1. Arrange the meat with complementary ingredients.
  2. Pour the meat with the sauce and prepare the sauce in a separate container.
  3. Ready to serve
